One of the awardees was the\u00a0consortium <strong>FoodPackLab<\/strong> coordinated by <strong>SECPhO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>FoodPackLab is a European Strategic Cluster Partnership initiated in early 2013 by SECPhO in order to facilitate the international collaboration between the EU clusters to create innovation in <em>Food Packaging<\/em> area with help of <em>Key Enabling Technologies<\/em>, in particular, <strong>photonics<\/strong>. The partnership is comprised\u00a0by five\u00a0leading European clusters: two from the food sector (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodprocessing.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Food Processing Innitiative<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/foodregio.de\/de\/Startseite\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>foodRegio<\/strong><\/a> from Germany), one packaging technology cluster (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.packagingcluster.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Packaging Cluster<\/strong><\/a>, Catalonia, Spain) and two photonics clusters (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pole-optitec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Optitec<\/strong><\/a> from south of France and <strong>SECPhO<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>More info can be found on the partnership website: <a href=\"https:\/\/photonics4food.wordpress.com\/\u00a0\u00a0\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>https:\/\/photonics4food.wordpress.com\/\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 8th of March, 2016 the ESCP-4i launch event took place in Brussels, Belgium.
